Welcome To Camp 6

Welcome to Camp 6 on Anvil Island! Get ready to jump into the ocean, tube behind the speed boat, sing in the chapel, play outrageous games, craft with new friends, fish off the dock, and look for wildlife.

In the midst of this beautiful island and nurturing community, we deeply hope each camper will encounter the life changing love of Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and have a blast!

Camp 6 Gallery

Each week brings about 75 volunteer staff dedicated to making this week an awesome experience for your child. Each camp has a Nurse or Doctor on staff, 4 certified lifeguards and 2 advanced first-aid attendants. The majority of our staff have served for many consecutive years and all have pre-camp training, criminal record checks and reference checks. A typical cabin has a Sr. Cabin Leader and a Junior Cabin Leader for 10 kids. We are committed to making this a safe, fun and loving environment for your child.

Meet the Director

I’m Linda. I am a wife, mom, teacher, author, and now – camp director! I live in beautiful Tsawwassen. I enjoy exploring the beach, drinking tea, and playing games with my fun-loving husband and three lively sons.

At the heart of Anvil I find a place where community, mission and spiritual formation come together in a powerful way. I first came as a staff kid and after years of being a camper and staff, I now bring my own kids. God’s shaped me, my family, and so many others through the faithful ministry of Daybreak Point Bible Camp. I’m honoured to participate in this inter-generational community on a mission to extend the love of Christ to young people.
